Since you're on our website you have probably started wedding planning and may have noticed that there is a little bit more to a wedding than saying 'I do'. When it comes to keeping you and your guests refreshed look no further - we've got you covered.

Step One
Get in touch.
Let us know that you're interested as soon as possible to lock us in. Once we've confirmed that we are available for your big day, you've popped across your save the date £300 deposit, and we've performed a site visit it's time for the fun bits!
Step Two
Choose your package.
Madrid, Barcelona or Sevilla, there's one for every budget. Please see below for all the juicy deets on our packages, and our T&Cs on the Hire Us page for the important info including the £1000 minimum spend.

Choose your extras.
No cookie cut weddings here, everything is bespoke. From welcome drinks to personalised menus, we'll do our very best to make sure you and your guests remember this day for years to come.

Botella looked after the cocktails for my 20th wedding anniversary party. I worked with them to create a menu that was personal to us but still drew on Ebony and Emily's knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology skills. The drinks were delicious, my guests all loved them a bit too much. I'd highly recommend Botella, absolutely brilliant.

Let your guests take the reigns with this excellent package choice for those wanting to offer fantastic drinks to their guests whilst keeping an eye on the budget. The Madrid package enables your guests to have their fill of drinks of their choice from our seasonal drinks menu on their own dime.
Card and contactless payments are accepted. We are cashless.
Barcelona
The Fiesta Starter
HOSTS BAR
Let us get your party started for you with the Barcelona package - kick off your event with an open bar to the monetary value of your choice, and once this is met the bar will become pay as you go.
Alternatively, if cousin Jim is likely to have more than his fair share, you can purchase your guests a token or two (supplied by us) to be exchanged for a pre-chosen choice in drinks (a mojito, a glass of prosecco, or an orange juice for example), and once the guests have used up their tokens the bar will become pay as you go.
Card and contactless payments are accepted. We are cashless. You can send your amount for behind the bar in advance or on the day, it's your choice. Provided you don't need change this payment can be made in cash.
Sevilla

OPEN BAR
Treat yourself and your guests to an all inclusive bar. The Sevilla package is always a crowd pleaser, you'll be everyone's favourite for a very long time.

Extras
Let's make this all about you
Welcome drinks - let's get celebrating with a glass of something delicious. A popular upgrade here is for bottomless welcome drinks.
Table wine - keep their glasses full with a carefully chosen glass of wine or two.
Table water - tap in glass bottles, or still spring water.
Toasting bubbles - chin chin to the wonderful words your loved ones have to say about you with a glass of fizz - prosecco or champagne, depending on your budget.
Happy hour - avoid the post wedding breakfast lull with an hour or two of bottomless signature cocktails on offer to your guests. This always gets the party started.
Personalise - rename your favourite cocktail for the night, add a specific drink or two to the menu, have a signature cocktail created for you and your partner. Our casa (horsebox), es su casa.
Fancy glasses - crystal glassware can be provided at an extra cost and if the venue permits.

The Botella fully equipped and converted vintage horse box bar for the duration of your event.
Bar decorations appropriate for your event.
A fully trained mixologist and their experienced bartender (extra experienced mixologists, bartenders and waiting staff can be provided).
Seasonal drinks menu with options to customise (as in extras).
High quality reusable glass effect plastic cocktail appropriate glasses provided (to be returned at the end of the event). If necessary , biodegradable disposable glasses and straws can be used instead.
A temporary events notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your wedding.
No mess, no fuss. We take everything away with us.
Eco friendly, single use plastic free and animal-product-free materials and products. Carbon offsets purchased for every mile travelled with the intention of becoming carbon negative by 2026, and carbon positive by 2030. This is not green washing, this is a promise from us to mumma earth.
